How to Activate or Add a Device

To register, navigate to your profile settings and locate the "Payment and Devices" section. Here, you can enter your device's unique identifier, name it for easy identification, and choose a subscription plan to activate.

Where is my FLEETBridge Activation Code?

To activate your product, you'll need the activation code located on the packaging. This code is formatted like ABC-DEF-1234, with 6 uppercase letters followed by hyphens and 4 numbers.

What Network do the FLEETBridge Cellular Enabled Devices Use?

Our devices are designed to work with all three major mobile network carriers in Canada: Rogers, Bell, and Telus. This ensures you have comprehensive coverage, no matter where your assets travel within the country.

Is FLEETBridge software and hardware ELD compliant or compatible?

No, Electronic logging device (ELD) hardware and software must be tested and certified by a third-party certification body accredited by the Minister of Transport Canada.

Is the FLEETBridge Portable Tracker TSA Compliant?
