This guide outlines the steps to register a new device with FLEETBridge:
Steps:
- Navigate to the Profile Tab: Locate the "Profile" or "Account" tab within the FLEETBridge interface.
- Access Payment and Devices: Within your profile, find the section related to "Payment and Devices" or "Device Management."
- Register Device: Look for a button labeled "Register Device" or a similar option.
- Enter Device Information: Enter the device's unique identifier, typically the IMEI/ESN number. You may also need to provide an activation code if applicable.
- Name Your Asset: Assign a clear and descriptive name to your device (e.g., "Company Truck #1").
- Register Another Device (Optional): If you have additional devices to register, select the "Register Another Device" option and repeat steps 4 and 5.
- Choose a Subscription Plan: After registering your device(s), you will be prompted to choose a subscription plan. Select the plan that best suits your needs.
- Activate Your Device: Once you have chosen a subscription plan, your device should become active and ready for use.
Important Notes:
- Setting your preferred payment method as "Default" beforehand streamlines the registration process.
- A subscription plan is mandatory for registered devices to function. Devices without a chosen plan will be inactive.
