Manage Your Fleetbridge Subscription (Change, Cancel, Reactivate)

This article provides a guide on managing your Fleetbridge subscription, including changing plans, canceling service, and reactivating a device.

Canceling a Subscription

There are two ways to cancel a Fleetbridge subscription for a specific device:

  • Through the Online Portal:

    1. Log in to your Fleetbridge account.
    2. Navigate to your profile settings and select "Payment and Devices."
    3. Locate the "Monthly Subscriptions" section for your assets and select the device you want to cancel.
    4. Click the "Cancel" option.
  • By Email:

    1. Send an email to [email protected].
    2. In your email, include the IMEI/ESN of the device you want to cancel and a brief explanation for cancellation.

Should You Cancel or Hibernate?

Fleetbridge offers a Hibernation plan as an alternative to cancellation. Hibernation allows you to pause service on your device for up to 5 months per year for a fee of $3.95/month. This can be a cost-effective option if you won't be using your asset for an extended period.

Here's a quick comparison to help you decide:

  • Cancellation: Free of charge, but you will incur a $30 reactivation fee if you decide to resume service later.
  • Hibernation: Costs $3.95/month while paused, but there is no reactivation fee. Keeps your device in the system for simple reactivation on your terms.

Delete Your Account

To cancel your entire Fleetbridge account, send an email to [email protected] or complete our cancellation form here Delete Fleetbridge Account. Please include the email address associated with your account and the reason for cancellation (optional but appreciated). 

Reactivating a Subscription

To reactivate a subscription:

  • From Hibernation: Simply log in to your online account and resume service. You will be charged according to your chosen plan.
  • From Cancellation: Send an email to [email protected] with the IMEI/asset name and the desired service plan. A $30 reactivation fee will apply.
