- Seamless Reactivation: No need to contact Fleetbridge to reactivate your subscription. Simply resume service online when you're ready to use your asset again. There are no reactivation fees, ensuring a smooth transition back to active tracking.
- Maintain Device Connection: Unlike cancellation, hibernation mode keeps your device connected to the Fleetbridge network. This eliminates the risk of missing important data or needing to re-install the device upon reactivation.
How Hibernation Works:
- Log in to your Fleetbridge account.
- Navigate to your profile (person icon, or your name).
- Select the Payment & Devices tab.
- Locate the Asset (Device) you want to pause and select the hibernation option.
- Your tracking service will be paused, and you will only be charged the $3.95 monthly fee for the hibernation period.
- To reactivate service, simply log back in to your account and resume your subscription. Your asset will be online and tracked immediately.
