Why am I getting so many notifications?

The answer may depend on if your company has a Fleet Management Admin. You or the admin may want to consider changing notifications to only the essential times.

YES, we have an Admin for FLEETBridge AND I did not set up these notifications

  Example situations for geofence notifications

You need to be notified when assets are in/ out of a geofence (when it's actually happening)

  • we recommend keeping the notifications as they are and creating a rule within your inbox to go into a "Notification" folder so you always have those notifications available to you.

You don't need to know when it's happening throughout the day

  • consider scheduling a report that contains the information you need but only sends one report daily, weekly or monthly depending on the amount of vehicles and movement in your fleet.

You don't really need notifications at all for this situation

  •  if some of your assets don't require a certain type of notification to be sent daily consider scheduling a report that contains the information you need but only sends one report daily, weekly or monthly depending on the amount of vehicles and movement in your fleet OR only pull the report you need from the "View Reports" section. You can view it in the application or export it!
