How do I set up a schedule?

Schedule helps to classify working hour and after hours for notifications. Here is how to add a schedule, and assign assets or geofences.

Hover over the schedule tab from the top bar and select "Manage"
Add a schedule:
  • Click on the type of schedule link under "Schedule Information" to the left.
  • Click the "Add New" link on the top, or select "New Schedule" from the Drop Down List.
  • Type the desired name in the Name text box.
  • Select desired options. (The working days, hours, time zone, etc.)
  • Finally, click the "Submit" button to create your Schedule.

 

Once your schedule is set up you can use it for assets or a geofence.


To apply a particular schedule to application GeoFences:

  • Click on "Application GeoFences" under "Apply Schedule To Application GeoFences" to the left.
  • Select a Schedule you wish to assign from Dropdown List.
  • To select a GeoFence, click on the checkbox for that GeoFence and click on add.
  • To unselect a GeoFence, click on the checkbox for that GeoFence and click on remove.
    IMPORTANT: When you have finished changing the lists, click submit to process.

  • Click on "Tracking Devices" under "Apply Schedule To Asset Tracking Devices" to the left.
  • Select a Schedule you wish to assign from the Dropdown List.
  • To select an asset, click on the checkbox for that asset and click on add.
  • To unselect an asset, click on the checkbox for that asset and click on remove.
    IMPORTANT: When you have finished changing the lists, click submit to process.
