FLEETBridge Mobile Overview

In this article, you will get an overview of how to use the FLEETBridge mobile application available for Android and Apple devices.

Getting Started

After you have set up an account online, you are ready to download and install the FLEETBridge mobile app on your phone! To download the app visit either the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and search for 'FleetBridge'. 

After downloading the app, open FLEETBridge, and log in with your account credentials. 

The Homepage 

After logging in, by default, you will be greeted with your asset locations on the map. To navigate to the list of your assets, select 'My Assets' on the navigation bar. 

Here you will find a list view of all your assets. You can sort and filter your assets by selecting 'Sort & Filter' on the top right of the screen. 

Vehicle Information

To find out more details about each asset, select the asset card and then you will be taken to the Asset Info screen. Here you can find out information such as:

  • Trips the asset has completed today. 
  • The distance and duration of those trips.
  • The current location of the asset.
  • The ignition status of the asset. 
  • If applicable, the battery level of the asset. 

You will also be able to navigate between the assets trips and settings from this page. 

Viewing Asset Trips 

To view asset trips, firstly begin by choosing the asset you want to see trips for on the asset list. From the Vehicle Info page:

  • Navigate to 'Trips' on the top navigation bar.
  • By default, you will see the past five days' worth of trips for the asset. To customize this, select filter on the top right and choose your custom date range. 
  • To view more information on a trip, click on the trip card itself. 

Here you will see the start and endpoints of the trip alongside more information such as distance, duration, and the time range of the trip. 

Asset Settings and Notifications

To view your asset settings, select the asset, and navigate to 'Setup'. 

Here you will be able to adjust your assets information such as asset name, vehicle identification number (if applicable), and notification settings. 

To get Email Notifications about your asset, simply press 'Add' and select the events you would like to be notified about. 

For Push Notifications on your phone, simply toggle on the events you wish to be notified on. 

To allow for push notifications to work, you have to give permissions to miTrail to send notifications to your device. 

On IOS: Go to Settings -> Notifications -> Find and select miTrail -> Now make sure Allow Notifications is on.

On Andriod: Go to Settings -> Apps & Notifications -> Notifications -> Under "Recently Sent" find and select miTrail -> select Show Notifications.

The Sidebar Menu

From the Homepage, you can access the sidebar menu by clicking the sidebar menu icon on the top left of the screen. 

Here you can set and manage your Geoplaces, see your event notifications, and adjust your global app settings.  

To select your default homepage -> select settings -> Select either 'Assets' or 'Map' and press save.
