What This Warranty Covers:
This Limited Warranty ("Warranty") applies to your new [Device Name] ("Device") and its included accessories ("Accessories") manufactured by [Your Company Name] ("We" or "Us"). We warrant the Device and Accessories to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of [Warranty Period] (e.g., one (1) year) from the date of original purchase ("Warranty Period").
What This Warranty Does Not Cover:
This Warranty does not cover:
- Defects caused by:
- Normal wear and tear
- Misuse, neglect, accident, impact, water damage, fire, or other external causes

- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Use with unauthorized or incompatible accessories
- Damage from electrical surges or power fluctuations
- Consumable parts such as batteries
- Cosmetic damage
What We Will Do:
If a defect covered by this Warranty arises during the Warranty Period, We will, at our sole discretion, either:
- Repair the Device using new or refurbished parts
- Replace the Device with a new or refurbished Device
- Provide a full or partial refund of the original purchase price
How to Get Warranty Service:
- Reach out to our support team and [email protected] with a description of the issues, photo of the device (including a photo of the installation, if applicable), and your troubleshooting steps so far.
- They will attempt a technical troubleshooting to see if they can assist with installation or optimizing the device for your unique use case. (We greatly appreciate your support in this step, as you may need to power cycle, uninstall, reinstall or temporarily move the device or the asset it's installed to in order to receive remote commands from our techs.)
- If they determine they are unable to resolve remotely you will need to acknowledge our warranty disclaimer, and they will proceed with the appropriate resolution. Our goal is to ensure you have a functioning, reliable device while also maintaining the safety and integrity of our products. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
Warranty Disclaimer: Any alterations to the device, including hardware changes or unauthorized firmware updates, will void the warranty.
By returning this GPS device, the user confirms that it has not been altered or modified in any way, particularly in regards to its wiring. Please understand that if the returned device is found to have been modified, or if it is not received within 45 days, the warranty will be voided and the cost of the replacement device will be charged to the user's account.
