Maximum Page RefreshUpdated 3 months ago
Map Page Access and Refresh Limits:
For optimal performance FLEETBridge implements a refresh limit for the map page.
- Refresh Frequency: Users can refresh the map page up to four times per minute. This ensures timely updates while maintaining system stability.
- Exceeding Refresh Limit: Refreshing the map page more than four times within a minute may result in a temporary access restriction.
Temporary Access Restriction:
If the refresh limit is exceeded, you will encounter an informative message (see example). This message explains the situation and provides clear instructions on how to resume using FLEETBridge
Resuming FLEETBridge Usage:
To resume using FLEETBridge after encountering the refresh limit message, simply click the "Reload Map" button. This will reset the refresh counter and allow you to continue using the map page normally.
Additional Notes:
- The refresh counter resets after one minute of inactivity on the map page.
- This refresh limit is in place to ensure optimal performance and fair access for all users.
