Installation

1. Locate your vehicle's OBD-II port (usually found on the driver's side under the dashboard).
2. Park in an open area with a clear view of the sky (needed for GPS signal acquisition).
3. If not already activated, visit app.mitrail.com and follow the device activation instructions.
4. Firmly plug the FVT-1250 into the OBD-II port.
5. Start the vehicle's ignition and check the LED lights on the tracker. Solid lights indicate successful installation.

Charging

The FVT-1250 receives power directly from the vehicle's battery. Refer to the separate MAT-6560 user guide for instructions on wireless charging a spare battery (optional) using the Fleetbridge charging pad and AC-DC power adapter.
